**QUALIFIED  (EXAMPLE BASED ON  - Property @ $1,300/month)

Sec Deposit-$1,300 ( Ex. $1,300 1ST MONTH Rent + $1,300 Deposit )
1)Currently Renting with Management Company
2)Proof of Income 3x's rental rate ( $4,000/mth )
3)NO Bankruptcies or Evictions

**YOU MUST HAVE ALL 3 ITEMS FROM QUALIFIED OR YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO NON-QUALIFIED**​

-Sec. Deposit - USUALLY 2 or 3 MONTHS DEPOSIT )+ $1,300 1ST MONTH RENT = $5,000


The amount for security deposit depends on background issues. If someone had an eviction or F.E.D. within 6 months versus someone with bankruptcy 5 yrs ago, deposit may be different.
Before anyone visits a property I will ask them their information. Based on what they tell me I can give them a very good idea of deposit. If we find anything more in the background check, then deposit amount would be adjusted.
